The
CSL PLC11000 is user programmable multi functional PLC designed to
monitor a number of Transducers both
Digital and Analogue and to provide output control
to equipment.
Data
communications to other manufacturer’s equipment and remote
monitoring/control stations is achieved using a communications link
either RS232 or RS485. Other formats can be provided using seperate
module.
The
PLC11000 can be supplied in two formats a stackable system for use in
rugged PLC's or in a Eurorack mounted version.
The
system uses a 11010 Processor
Module. This module acts as the ‘master’ to the
other modules ‘slaves’ and holds the user
programmable
configuration. This is created using a IEC 61131 standard PC
based
configuration tool.
The 11000 series PLC has been used in the following applications:-
- Switchgear control and monitoring
- Shearer Monitoring with 6.5" LCD Display
- Intelligent Distributed I/O Modules
