Existing equipment with a serial comms port can now be connected to an Ethernet Network Using the 9261-GAT Ethernet Gateway. It is designed and certified to meet the ATEX Directive (94/9/EC) and be located in a hazardous area. It may remain energised when an Explosive atmosphere is present thereby extending its use to environmental monitoring situations.
